Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the logistics operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our quarry operations.

About You:
* Minimum 1 year's experience in logistics administration or a related field.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to edit and proofread documentation accurately.
* Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Safety and compliance are central to our operations, and the successful candidate will uphold our high standards in these areas. This includes ensuring all drivers' run sheets and logbooks are up to date and accurate, identifying and reporting any breaches, and contributing to continuous safety improvement. The Ideal Candidate:
* Will be responsible for supporting the logistics and compliance functions across the quarry operations.
* Will maintain accurate records for BFM, Mass, and Maintenance accreditations.
* Will ensure Vehicle Condition Reports are current and complete.
* Will monitor equipment utilisation and prepare regular performance reports.
* Will provide relief coverage for weighbridge operations as required.
* Will schedule and allocate local and intrastate transport work.
* Will assist with project work, sales administration, and end-of-month reporting.
