About the position (Temporary full-time for up to 12 months)

We are seeking a Senior Business Readiness & Change Lead to drive the business-side delivery of this major transformation.

Reporting jointly to the Director, Finance & Governance and the Director, People, Property & Security, you will lead the integration, communication and business-readiness activities that will ensure staff, systems and processes are aligned for ERP go-live and sustainable adoption.

You will:

* Lead the delivery of the ERP business-readiness and change plan, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination and readiness reporting.
* Translate the approved service-catalogue and process-design outcomes into practical, operational service models across Finance and HR.
* Coordinate testing feedback, issue resolution and transition activities with business areas and the Digital Transformation team.
* Develop and maintain readiness dashboards, communications schedules and benefits-tracking tools.
* Partner with Finance, HR and Digital leaders to ensure end-to-end service alignment and effective change delivery.
