About the Role:
As a Batching/Mixing Operator you will be required to produce high quality products by mixing a variety of raw ingredients in accordance with corresponding recipe. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes. If you have experience in food manufacturing and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and operate ovens in a hot environment, ensuring effective production and packaging of products.
* Mixing raw ingredients into set batches.
* Ensure plant and equipment run smoothly and efficiently.
* Handling and transportation of ingredients.
* Perform various production tasks as required, including packaging goods in a high-quality manner.
* Complete administrative tasks such as filling out forms and entering data into the system.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in food manufacturing environments is essential.
* A good understanding of food safety.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to complete forms and add data into the system.
* Ability to lift up to 15kg and work in a hot environment.
