Nurseline is partnering with a key client in their search for a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner.
Join this high-performing cardiac care team to deliver advanced, evidence-based cardiac care within a busy hospital setting. You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive cardiac assessments and develop treatment plans
* Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions
* Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to optimise patient outcomes
* Provide education and support to patients and families
* Contribute to quality improvement and clinical initiatives
* Mentor and support junior nursing staff
About You
* Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration
* Master's qualification in Advanced Practice Nursing (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in cardiac or critical care
* Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic capability
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
