Job Title: Hospital Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day efficient and safe running of our consulting suites.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the administration team in delivering high-quality services to VMOs (Visiting Medical Officers) and their staff.
* Ensure timely provision of services to VMOs with excellent customer service standards.
* Accountable for staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and training of administration staff.
* Manage written tenancy agreements and licenses for tenants.
* Lead, coach, and develop an Administration Officer team to achieve high performance.
Work Environment: Our hospital is a state-of-the-art 340-bed facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct in Southport. With 22 operating theatres, we offer a wide range of specialties including emergency care, medical services, orthopaedics, bariatrics, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, ENT, general surgery, obstetrics, cardiac care, and oncology.
