Legend Institute is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality vocational education and training to domestic and international students. We are expanding our recruitment network and are seeking a proactive Marketing Officer to manage and grow our agent and partner relationships.
About the Role
This role is primarily focused on building, managing, and supporting education agents and recruitment partners to drive student enrolments. You will act as the key point of contact between Legend Institute and its partner network, ensuring strong engagement, compliance, and consistent enrolment growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain solid relationships with education agents and recruitment partners
* Act as the primary point of contact for agent enquiries and support
* Onboard new agents, including documentation, agreements, and induction
* Coordinate with agents to drive student enrolments and pipeline growth
* Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and support
* Organise and conduct agent training sessions, webinars, and meetings
* Ensure agents are updated with course information, pricing, and promotions
* Support agents with marketing materials, offers, and campaign coordination
* Ensure all agent activities comply with ASQA and CRICOS requirements
* Maintain accurate records of agent communications, applications, and conversions
* Assist in developing strategies to expand the agent network locally and internationally
What We’re Looking For
* Qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in education recruitment, agent management, or partnerships
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to manage multiple agents and priorities effectively
* Good organisational and reporting skills
* Understanding of the international student recruitment process
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
* Experience working in an RTO, college, or education agency
* Knowledge of CRICOS compliance and student visa processes
* Existing network of education agents (highly desirable)
* Multilingual skills (advantageous)
