We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and finalisation of a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is essential for maintaining project momentum, ensuring strict deadlines are met, and reporting is carried out.

The position requires substantial administrative capability and focuses on coordinating resources, managing project documentation, and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. This is a vital role in keeping multiple initiatives on track and ensuring smooth operations, with scope for taking on more formal project management responsibilities as your experience develops.

Key Focus Areas:

This role involves coordinating projects across a broad spectrum of complexity, engaging with stakeholders from various departments:

* Diverse Project Portfolio: You will be instrumental in coordinating projects ranging from heavy technology and engineering initiatives to critical business-facing transformations.
* Centralised Programme Administration: The emphasis is on detailed project governance and control. You will be responsible for consolidating reports, finances, and resourcing information at a programme level.
* Project Governance and Intake: You will play a key administrative role in managing project intake processes, including the collection and management of new project requests, and ensuring projects are prioritised based on business values.

Core Responsibilities (Administration & Control)

* Reporting & Financials: Ensure project status reports, financial records, and resource attributions are current and accurate.
* Performance Monitoring: Set and track project performance figures, conduct reviews of project performance, and report on the financial performance of projects.
* Risk Management: Collect and manage project requests, monitor project risk levels, and conduct project risk assessments.
* Process Improvement: Implement improvement plans based on project reviews and findings.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact, communicating with team members and stakeholders across all projects.
