**The Role**:
Are you a highly motivated and organised engagement and communications specialist, with an interest in education programs?
We are seeking an experienced Education & Engagement Officer to be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a multi-faceted program of engagement and educational activities for our diverse range of stakeholders, working on an ongoing behavioural change project.
Working as part of a small team, you will contribute to the design and deployment of targeted marketing campaigns and educational programs, identifying and utilising the most appropriate marketing and campaign management strategies and communication channels to maximise stakeholder engagement in program activities.
This role carries an internal education function through the coordination of a pre-approved training program for the division.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deploy a range of appropriate marketing and campaign management strategies to maximise stakeholder engagement in educational campaigns and effect behavioural change.
- Undertake project work relating to the delivery of marketing campaigns and the approach to regulation and specifically to the engagement and educational activities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Education and Training Team including:
- use the available range of digital technologies and media channels to facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement activities and the delivery of industry-related information and educational campaigns
- track presence and activity on social media and other digital channels.
- ensure the effective use of available client data, information and market intelligence to inform campaign design, delivery and evaluation.
- Map and assess client and industry-related data and information to inform strategy development and campaign planning and delivery
- Prepare a regular range of reports which support campaign performance tracking, evaluation and campaign planning processes
- Co-ordinate and deliver stakeholder-focused events, including community forums, regional roadshows
- Contribute to the design, development and deployment of an effective evaluation framework/tool and process to support a continuous improvement approach to campaign design and execution activities, as well as ensuring the effective targeting of educational campaigns across key and emerging client groups
- Represent the Division at appropriate internal and external forums, as required
- Support the Division by coordinating internal training for the division's operational workforce, that is the Inspectors, Investigators, Team Leaders and Managers
**About You**:
- Experience in contributing to the development and implementation of a Marketing Strategy and associated plans to support the effective delivery of a program of work aimed at maximising stakeholder engagement and behaviour change
- Experience of developing and delivering educational content using a range of communication channels, including digital technology platforms
- Demonstrated high level of project and campaign management experience
- Experience in analysing and mining data to identify trends and opportunities to inform strategy development and deployment activities and market-segmentation campaign activity
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining productive and team-oriented working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across geographically dispersed locations
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including experience of preparing and delivering presentations for different audiences
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field, or equivalent range and level of experience is required
