About the Role
This is a Part Time, Non-Management position within our F&B department. As an F&B Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Tend to guests during meal service periods and deliver a complete food and beverage experience.
* Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with attention to detail.
* Handle general enquiries and create meaningful guest experiences tailored to individual requirements.
* Support the Food and Beverage team in operational tasks and build relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service.
About You
* An up-to-date RSA certification.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
