Location: Darwin, NT – In office (must be located or willing to relocate to Darwin, NT full-time)
Role
As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio consisting of one major program of work alongside three smaller, in-flight projects requiring strong execution and delivery focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading a large‐scale, multi‐site network upgrade project.
* Delivering three smaller ICT projects currently in progress (rollout, intranet upgrade, etc.).
* Producing and maintaining high‐quality project documentation (no dedicated PMO/PO support).
* Managing stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
* Driving projects through to completion within agreed timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience delivering ICT or ICT infrastructure projects.
* Strong documentation skills and ability to work without dedicated support resources.
* Experience managing network or infrastructure upgrades (highly desirable).
* Ability to operate in a smaller team environment with autonomy.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* A pragmatic, solutions‐focused approach.
