We're currently recruiting for a variety of retail roles across our stores - from management to casual positions - and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing (Depending on Role Level):
* Actively engage with shoppers and encourage hearing health awareness through free 5-minute hearing checks
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
* Assist with daily retail operations and achieve store targets and KPIs
* Support and work collaboratively with your team
* Conduct follow-ups with previous customers or leads
* Maintain accurate customer records and perform general administration tasks
* Complete additional duties as directed by your Store Manager
What We're Looking For:
* A motivated self-starter with a positive, "can-do" attitude
* Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
* Outgoing and approachable - confident initiating conversations with customers
* Availability for retail trading hours, including weekends and late-night trading
* Previous experience in sales, retail, health or education is highly regarded but not essential
