Role Overview
Join the team at Ballantyne's as a full-time Plumber based in Mandurah, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading plumbing company in a dynamic and growing city. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial plumbing and pump systems.
Responsibilities
* Installing new plumbing systems and fixtures for customers.
* Installing copper work throughout high rise buildings.
* Providing advice and recommendations to customers on plumbing solutions.
* Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
* Completing all necessary documentation and administrative tasks.
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
* Diagnosing and repairing a variety of plumbing issues including leaks, blocked drains, and faulty fixtures.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Commercial maintenance knowledge.
* Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
* Provide a neat & tidy, top-level service at all times.
* Ability to provide clear & detailed reports.
* Must have FULL working rights in Australia.
Advantageous but not essential
* Understanding of pump skid controllers - e.g. APP, Hydrokos, Logikos.
* Tickets for confined space entry, working at heights, and with elevated platforms.
* Experience in preparation of remedial work quotations.
* Knowledge of SimPro.
