The Opportunity
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Thyme's menu is crafted by Melbourne renowned chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter KarenMartini, featuring locally sourced seasonal produce, excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, cold‐pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula's local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.
We are expanding our team and looking for additional Part‐time & Casual team members to join us as Food & Beverage Attendant / Bar Attendant, providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant, private bathing areas and spa lounge.
Responsibilities
* Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables.
* Explain menu items and take food and beverage orders.
* Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
Qualifications
* RSA certificate.
* Experience in a similar environment.
* Passion for food and drinks.
* Guest‐centric, team‐player with a positive attitude.
* Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
* Capable, reliable and responsible.
