Heatleys is a leading supplier of safety, industrial and automotive products across Australia.
We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Karratha operation, driving branch performance, customer growth, operational excellence and team success.
This is a residential-based position, joining our local Karratha team and playing a key role in the continued growth of the region.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, leading daily operations while building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share.
You will lead a small team, oversee warehouse and administrative functions, and ensure customers receive outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
* Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within the region.
* Manage quoting, pricing, procurement and inventory activities.
* Lead and develop branch team members to achieve business objectives.
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the branch.
* Ensure operational and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A customer‑focused approach with excellent relationship‑building skills.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to drive branch performance.
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience within the safety, industrial, automotive, hardware or trade sectors will be highly regarded.
