What you will work on
* Create a people‐first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team

* Be on the floor 80% of your week, ensuring that our customer is at the core of our everyday business decisions and that we provide memorable experiences 100% of the time

* Recruit, select, and onboard all new team members within your store
* Ensure your store shows up as best in class through visual merchandising excellence
* Ensure our store is a safe place for customers and team, not just a fun environment
Who we are looking for
* A team player who strives for excellence across sales, operations, and team development
* Experience and passion for delivering best‐in‐class experiences
* A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
* Minimum of 3‐5 years of experience in a premium, fast‐paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets
* A leader with a motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
* Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
* Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving cost‐efficiency metrics
