We are currently looking for a Trade Assistant to help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
* Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
* Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
* Providing customer service and information about products
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone, and be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate.
They will also be required to hold a valid driver's licence and be open to working various shifts, including weekends.
