Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and supporting documents. This role involves maintaining administrative systems across HR, finance, assets and business processes, as well as supporting projects and corporate services reporting.
Administrative Support
This position requires providing excellent executive support services to ensure seamless operations within the organization. The right candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to manage competing priorities with ease.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative capacity
* High level communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
* SharePoint knowledge advantageous
Qualifications
Strong candidates will possess relevant qualifications or certifications in administration, business or a related field.
