About the position

Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
* Deliver quality, evidence-based recovery focused mental health services including assessments, individualised person-centred planning and coordination, and the delivery of relevant therapeutic interventions.
* Design treatment plans and relevant interventions to assist the young person to drive their own recovery plan.
* Coordinate supports with service providers including medical professionals, Government Departments and services, non-government organisations and schools.
* Identifying and implementing community based activities that will support the social and emotional wellbeing of the individual on their recovery journey
* Offer education and guidance on clinical matters.
What you will bring to the role
You are passionate about supporting the wellbeing of young people and their families, and bring both the skills and heart to make a meaningful impact in your community.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Bring relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Counselling or another allied health discipline, along with eligibility for professional registration (e.g. AHPRA).
* Have a genuine understanding of the challenges and strengths that shape the mental, physical, social and emotional wellbeing of young people aged 12–25, and those who support them.
* Are committed to recovery-oriented, strengths-based practice, and value the role you play in supporting people to live meaningful, self-directed lives.
* Communicate with empathy and authenticity, building strong relationships and contributing positively within a supportive, team-based environment.
* Feel confident navigating systems and technology, with experience in report writing and using client management systems to support high-quality, person-centred care.
