Overview
Seed is recruiting an experienced Retail Stockroom Manager to maintain and manage stock reserves at our Chadstone Store. The role supports the Store Manager to drive sales and performance to meet key KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong organisational skills to ensure the stockroom is organised and well‐laid out at all times so that staff can access stock effectively.
* Ensures systems are in place to control revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, error, and waste at store level (including reserves for refill).
* Effectively assists the Store Manager to manage store rosters to deliver budgeted wage % and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks.
* Mitigates loss through effective stock management, administration and theft controls.
* Ability to prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming and outgoing stock deliveries.
* Capacity to conduct daily replenishments of floor stock including styling and detailing to uphold visual merchandising standards.
* Customer‐service skills required to assist and serve customers as needed.
