In the role of HR Operations Manager for Taco Bell Australia, you will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of HR across the business, ensuring consistent execution of people processes, workforce compliance, employee relations, and operational HR support aligned with business priorities.

Role Scope

* Operational Leadership – Lead day‐to‐day HR operational support across the restaurant network, partnering closely with Operations Leaders to support business performance and workforce effectiveness.
* Employee Relations & Compliance – Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and operational standards; providing guidance and support on employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievance, performance management and workplace concerns.
* Performance & Leadership Support – Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence; supporting managers on leadership capability, performance conversations and team management.
* HR Systems & Process Execution – ensure adoption and operational use of HR systems and tools and identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Culture & Engagement – Support implementation of culture and engagement initiatives across operations, partnering with leaders to strengthen employee experience and retention, and lead change management and communication initiatives within operations.
* Health and Safety – Accountable for promotion and maintaining a strong health and safety culture by ensuring compliance with H&S requirements, supporting operational risk management and partnering with leaders to create a safe and compliant workforce.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Employment Relations, or related field preferred.
* Minimum 3‐5 years' HR experience in fast‐paced operational environments such as QSR, retail, or hospitality.
* Strong knowledge of employment relations, labour law, and HR operational processes.
* Experience supporting multi‐site operations and partnering with operational leaders.
* Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and problem‐solving skills.
* Experience with HR systems and workforce reporting tools preferred.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
