Brand Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Brand Business Partner to join our Brand & Customer Engagement Division.
The Opportunity
The Brand Business Partner is a strategic marketing and growth‐focused role responsible for building brand strength, driving demand and supporting sustainable growth across ACH Group's Home Care, Community and Social portfolios.
Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will translate organisational priorities into high‐impact brand strategies, campaigns and experiences that:
* Increase brand awareness and consideration
* Generate enquiries and support market share growth
* Strengthen customer trust and advocacy
* Connect brand performance to commercial outcomes
This is a role for a marketing professional who sees brand not as a support function, but as a strategic growth driver.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy: develop and execute brand strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives, enhancing brand awareness and driving leads for ACH Group Home Care, Community and Social business units.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
* Campaign Management: plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote ACH Group services and initiatives.
* Oversee creation of engaging content, including digital, print and social media to support brand initiatives.
* Monitor and analyse performance of brand campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for brand consistency and advise them to align with business objectives.
* Plan and manage events to promote the brand.
* Provide guidance to stakeholders for optimal brand results.
* Assist with writing, proofing and editing content and repurpose across owned, earned and paid mediums and collateral for maximum exposure.
* Business Engagement: maintain an effective level of business literacy about ACH Group's plans and culture.
About You
You are commercially minded, insight‐driven and passionate about marketing that makes a genuine difference.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
* 3–5 years' experience in a brand, marketing or growth‐focused role
* Experience developing and executing strategies aligned to business and growth objectives
* Strong understanding of brand management principles
* Experience with digital marketing channels, tools and CRM systems
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
* Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building capability
* Experience managing projects, timelines and budgets
* Exposure to aged care, health, disability or community services (desirable)
* Understanding of customer choice and experience in service environments (desirable)
