We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Solution Sales Executive.
* You will play a crucial role in helping our prospects recognize our Business Transformation Management suite as the preferred choice for modern and pragmatic Digital transformation initiatives.
* Key responsibilities include building trustful relationships with target accounts, negotiating contract and pricing details, and working closely with our inside sales and marketing organization to initiate contact and start a relationship with your accounts in the Australian market.
* As part of a dynamic work environment in a highly innovative and growing company, you will be expected to navigate complex sales processes within large organisations, including Operations and Engineering teams, while building relationships with high-level Stakeholders (VPs, Directors, C-Level).
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in Enterprise sales within B2B SaaS industry, preferably with Enterprise Architecture Management or complex software solutions. This individual should possess excellent communication skills, be able to articulate the value proposition of our solution to potential clients, and have experience selling to CTO organizations. Additionally, they should be able to navigate the sales process within a complex organisation and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in Enterprise sales, particularly in the B2B SaaS industry
* Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management and complex software solutions
* Experience selling to CTO organizations, including Operations and Engineering teams
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VPs, Directors, and C-Level executives
