Storm Season – Call Centre Operators - Southside Brisbane$***** p/h + super | 3-6-month contract | Full-time hours | Hybrid workingRandstad is currently accepting expressions of interest applications for Call Centre Operators ahead of the upcoming storm season.Each year, Queensland experiences severe weather events that increase the demand for experienced and compassionate customer service professionals to support property and event claims teams.About the RoleThis is not a typical call centre role, you'll be managing inbound calls helping customers navigate through the claims process.You'll play a crucial role in:Triaging claims and deploying emergency services when required to minimise lossesParticipating in ongoing coaching and training to enhance claims outcomes and customer experienceSupporting additional tasks as directed by your managerWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking confident and resilient individuals who are passionate about helping others.
