Requirements
The position reports to our Food and Beverage leaders and works alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.
* Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high‐end environment
* A current QLD RSA Certificate
* Availability across a 7‐day roster – AM and PM shifts
* A high standard of service and an agile, high‐energy personality
* An engaging, confident and guest‐centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
* The ability to set up and pack down conferences and events using initiative and great time‐management skills
