We're currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team as we continue to grow our business offering. About the Role
* Plan and deliver civil construction projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
* Coordinate site operations that align with the project contract, manage subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure they align with the company's objectives and targets
* Manage and report on project schedules, review costs, and ensure variations are contractually claimed and recovered; procurement meets or exceeds budget
* Ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and environmental requirements
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve construction issues
* Form professional relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome for all concerned
* Monitor progress, report performance with detailed data capture, and manage project close‐out with minimal rework or defects
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary Qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management or similar – preferred
* At least 5 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager with experience in bulk earthworks, road construction or Tier 1 mine infrastructure projects
* Proven leadership with strong ethical behaviours, ability to motivate and inspire, and promote team culture
* Strong project management skills, including profitable commercial acumen, and proficiency with MS Project or P6 for schedule updates
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
* Essential proficiency in MS Project software
* Thorough understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects within budget and time constraints
