At Home Care supports adults and children with complex care needs to be as independent and healthy as possible so they can pursue their goals and live life to the fullest. As a registered NDIS service provider we offer complex high care, including private in‐home care and nursing services, through to social support, daily living assistance and community access.
Our team of Support Workers provide day‐to‐day assistance to children living with disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions.
Roster
* Monday to Friday 07:00 – 10:00 & 14:00 – 17:00 (School Days)
* Monday to Friday 07:00 – 17:00 (School Holidays)
What We're Looking For
* Must have paediatric experience
* Comfortable working in high‐care, clinical environments with children
* Manual Handling knowledge

* Enteral Feeding

* Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
