SAP Payroll Specialist Role
We seek a seasoned SAP Payroll expert to act as subject matter authority for SAP Payroll solutions, tailored to Australian payroll processes.
* Lead implementations of Employee Central Payroll and collaborate with global teams.
* Work closely with clients to design, build, and support scalable payroll solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Serve as SME for SAP Payroll, guiding solution design and implementation.
2. Lead hands-on configuration and deployment of Employee Central Payroll.
3. Liaise with clients for workshops, solution presentations, POCs, and approvals.
4. Estimate efforts for proposed solutions and own delivery outcomes.
5. Recommend innovative, best-practice-based solutions aligned with SAP standards.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team members.
* Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
* 8–10 years of experience in Australian payroll implementations and support.
* Strong understanding of HCM processes and statutory compliance in Australia.
