Overview
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Administration Officer will provide administrative and finance support within a busy industrial and site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process bulk payroll entries and timesheets accurately and within deadlines
* Raise and reconcile supplier purchase orders and invoices
* Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and site documentation
* Provide administrative support to operational and site teams
* Work closely with blue collar employees and supervisors within an industrial environment
* Manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Utilise advanced Excel functions including XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables
* Follow up and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and site requirements
* Support continuous improvement and productive administrative processes
Requirements
* Previous experience in mining, industrial or site administration roles preferred
* Strong payroll, invoicing and reconciliation experience
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
* Reliable transport and ability to work onsite in Karratha
