Klein Tools is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Central Victoria.
This role is focused on driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the region. You will work closely with electrical wholesalers, contractors, industrial customers, and end users to promote the Klein Tools product range and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Central Victoria territory
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders
* Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
* Promote and sell the Klein Tools product range to electrical, industrial, and trade customers
* Provide product knowledge and solution-based recommendations tailored to customer needs
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently
* Negotiate pricing and secure customer orders
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI objectives
* Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
* Gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
* Collaborate with internal sales, customer service, marketing, and operations teams to support business growth
* Represent Klein Tools professionally at customer events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in B2B sales, territory management, or account management
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
* Experience within tools, industrial products, electrical wholesale, or trade-related industries highly regarded
* Electrical industry experience or technical product knowledge is advantageous but not essential
* Strong organisational and time management skills
