Our fully equipped resources room is full of toys, board games, and therapy equipment. We will steadily increase the number of participants you see to ensure the number of participants you see each week is manageable. You will have weekly supervision with experienced board approved supervising Psychologist and an opportunity to attend weekly POD (Professional Opportunities for Development) meetings where complex case studies are presented and learning shared. Role Overview
What will the role look like?
We primarily are a clinic-based service, with a mix of private, Medicare and NDIS participants. Our psychologists consult in schools, homes and the community. We see participants between the ages of 0-30 years needing support with a variety of developmental challenges.
Responsibilities
As a Psychologist, you will be an integral part of the Red Frog for Families multidisciplinary team to provide excellent therapeutic care, services to individuals and their families.

Essential Requirements
Master's degree in psychology
Full AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Clinical, Educational or Developmental Psychologist (or eligibility for endorsement)
Medicare registration or eligibility
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated AHPRA Professional Competence at or above standard (threshold) level.
Current Australian Psychological Society or Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated membership at the Member or higher level.
Previous clinical experience or exposure to working with children with developmental disability and trauma and their families.
Demonstrated a solid understanding of issues/concepts/resources which include but are not limited to community and social inclusion, disability funding schemes, and educational support systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to trauma-informed, family-centred, relational based and culturally safe practice.
An active team player who can adapt to a dynamic and changing environment, who can also work independently.
Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands with a solution-focused approach.
Highly proficient in use of software applications to support clinical service delivery and development (such as Microsoft Office Suite, online participant and clinic management systems, etc.) with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
Renumeration will be commensurate with experience.
