Overview
Advanced Scaffolders DIDO & Local Opportunities at GHS Solutions. Erecting scaffolds to meet customer requirements in accordance with Australian Standards. All team members share responsibility for safety.
Responsibilities
* Erection and dismantling of scaffolding in a timely manner as instructed and to Australian Standards.
* Assist to prepare and plan for scaffolding activities.
* Carry out Scaffold Inspection Checklists for each job.
* Maintain accurate documentation associated with each job.
* Act with integrity, honesty and ethical conduct at all times.
* Proactively engage to create a safer workplace.
Qualifications / Competencies
* Living in or willing to relocate to Geraldton, WA.
* Experience with Drop / Hang Scaffolders highly regarded.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Competent in erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
* Minimum of 3 years experience.
License Requirements
* Construction Industry White Card (essential).
* Drivers Licence.
* Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Advanced Scaffolding (essential).
* Current Working at Heights (essential).
* Current National Police Clearance (essential).
* Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Forklift (preferred).
* MSIC Licence (desirable).
* Current Confined Space (preferred).
Location & Employment
* Local Monday to Friday works in and around Geraldton.
* 2:1 roster - DIDO from Geraldton to mine site.
* Must be located in Geraldton or willing to relocate.
