About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with Allied Health Professionals to provide tailored support plans to clients with diverse intellectual and psychosocial diagnoses.
The role involves developing Super Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans, liaising with clients and government departments, and providing behavioural interventions in group and individual settings.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
* Develop behaviour assessment and support plans that meet client needs
* Liaise with clients, families, and government departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery
* Provide behavioural interventions in group and individual settings to achieve positive outcomes
* Analyse data and develop reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
