About the role
Lead estimating governance across a diverse capital portfolio, driving greater accuracy, consistency and confidence in investment decisions. Partner with project leaders and senior stakeholders to uplift capability, strengthen standards, and provide independent assurance on medium to large project estimates, reducing cost risk and improving delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities
6. Lead estimating governance to improve accuracy and consistency.
7. Review and assure project estimates across the portfolio.
8. Develop and uplift estimating standards, frameworks and tools.
9. Provide insights on cost trends, risks and performance.
10. Identify improvement opportunities and drive capability uplift.
11. Coach project teams in best-practice estimating approaches.
Qualifications
12. Degree in engineering, project or construction management.
13. Strong estimating experience in infrastructure/engineering.
14. Expertise in estimating tools, methods and frameworks.
15. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive best practice.
16. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
