Job Description
* Lead and manage all technical aspects.
* Ensure compliance with SQF and company standards.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and timelines.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the team to enhance skill development.
* Prepare and manage budgets for technical projects and operations.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in Food Science or related field
* Experience leading QA/Food Safety in high-risk FMCG
* Hands-on leader able to influence on the factory floor
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally (Operations, NPD, Maintenance and Engineering)
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
