Casual Educator – Torquay, VIC
Salary: $36.96 – $45.51 per hour
Location: 15–17 Falcon Drive, Torquay VIC 3228
Responsibilities
* Supporting the implementation of engaging play‐based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
* Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
* Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
Qualifications
* A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for NSW.
* Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
* Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
