Job Title: Technology Strategy Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Technology Strategy Analyst to develop, implement and monitor technology and commercial strategies that drive value, optimize costs and support strategic decision-making across the technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis and industry trend assessments to inform technology and commercial strategies.
* Analyse technology investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment and strategic alignment.
* Assist in preparing business cases, investment proposals and strategic planning documents.
* Contribute to technology road-map development by providing commercial and financial insights.
* Support vendor and contract management activities, including relationship management and performance monitoring.
* Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.
* Assist in managing procurement strategies and activities alongside the procurement function.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology investments, vendor performance and strategic objectives.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on commercial and strategic matters.
* Collaborate with technology teams, finance, procurement and business units to gather requirements and insights.
* Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure commercial considerations are integrated into technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology trends, market conditions and commercial principles. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
