Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing top-tier customer support via email and calls
* Processing customer requests for orders, quotes, returns, catalogs, samples, product information, and services
* Generating new business through customer initiatives and associated products/promotional items
* Following up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction
* Researching/expediting customer requests
The successful candidate will have:
* A university degree preferred
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
* A good telephone manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications
* Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
