Your Impact
We are looking for a highly motivated Splunk Platform & AI Architect who thrives on turning ideas into real-world outcomes. This role is suited for someone with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions, who brings curiosity, innovation, and a strong desire to continuously learn and share knowledge. You will operate at the intersection of platform architecture, data strategy, and AI enablement, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while shaping scalable, future-ready solutions.
Architect & Design
* Design and lead large-scale, distributed Splunk and data platform architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Translate business and operational use cases into scalable, production-grade solutions
Technical Leadership
* Act as a technical escalation point for complex Splunk Cloud and platform challenges
* Drive architecture governance, best practices, and performance optimisation
* Provide guidance into root cause analysis for critical issues and guide long-term remediation strategies
Customer & Field Engagement
* Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning technology with business outcomes
* Lead POCs, solution design, and architecture workshops
* Work closely with Sales, Solution Engineers, and customers to shape and close opportunities
Product & Ecosystem Interlock
* Partner with product teams to bring field and customer insights into roadmap discussions
* Enable integration with open ecosystem platforms (e.g., data lakes, lakehouses, observability and security tools)
AI & Innovation Enablement
* Contribute to the adoption of AI/ML-driven capabilities within the Splunk ecosystem
* Explore and operationalise agentic workflows, automation, and data-driven intelligence
Minimum Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in bringing ideas to life and delivering measurable outcomes
* Strong foundation in modern data architectures and distributed systems
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Hands-on experience of Splunk platform (Enterprise / Cloud) or alike systems/platforms and data lifecycle
* Natural curiosity with a passion for innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at technical and executive levels
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven experience solving real customer problems using Splunk and/or open data platforms
* Industry exposure to either Telecommunications, Financial Services, or other data-intensive domains
* Practical understanding of the AI/ML landscape, with the ability to apply it in meaningful ways
* Coachable mindset with a strong appetite to expand into emerging technologies and paradigms
