As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Person to oversee our operations (new start up business) and ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and team members.
Location: Caroline Springs (Western Suburbs)
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations of the car rental and subscription services.
Ensure the fleet is well-maintained and ready for customer use.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any vehicle issues promptly.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Handle customer service escalations and find effective resolutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Administrative Functions:
Oversee administrative tasks such as vehicle reservations, billing, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, customer information, and payments.
Implement and enhance administrative processes for efficiency.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage budgets related to car fleet maintenance and operational costs.
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and billing procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative, preferably in the car rental/subscription business.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
