Second‑in‑Charge Office Manager / Store person
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Second‑in‑Charge Office Manager to support daily operations across our office and warehouse functions. This hybrid role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a hands‑on environment.
About the Role
As the 2IC to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our administrative and operational processes running smoothly. You’ll also take responsibility for store person duties, ensuring stock is received, organised, and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Office administration — Assist with scheduling, document management, data entry, and general office coordination
* Staff support — Provide day‑to‑day support to the Office Manager and team
* Inventory management — Receive, check, store, and track stock
* Dispatch & logistics — Prepare orders, organise freight, and maintain accurate records
* Process improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
* Customer service — Assist with enquiries and provide timely, professional support
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
* Experience in office administration and/or warehouse operations
* Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
* A team player with the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business
* Ability to lift and move stock safely
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
