The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of prawn activity, health, and water quality parameters. They must be able to perform water exchanges and manage pond inputs to maintain optimal growing conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily monitoring of prawn activity, health, and water quality parameters.
* Perform water exchanges and manage pond inputs to maintain optimal growing conditions.
* Carry out pond remediation and preparation activities post-harvest and for new seasons.
* Operate farm vehicles, including small trucks, to distribute materials and feed across the site.
* Proactively identify and report any issues with prawns, water quality, or infrastructure.
