The role of Office Administrator plays a vital part in the success of our organization, working closely with the Office Manager to provide administrative support and manage patient admissions.
This diverse role has a primary focus on bookkeeping and financial administration, including handling accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, billing, invoicing processes, payroll, and end-of-period reporting.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Financial administration: managing accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial account reconciliations
* Billing & Invoicing: overseeing patient billing and invoicing processes
* Accounts & Payroll Support: assisting with payroll and end-of-period reporting
* Patient Administration: managing patient admissions, medical records, and appointments
* Reception Duties: providing crucial reception cover and handling phone inquiries
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced administrator with a proven track record in bookkeeping and accounting duties. Key skills include proficiency in MYOB and Excel, a mature, reliable attitude, and excellent communication skills.
