About the role
An Assistant Property Manager will join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. As part of the Property Management team, you will support portfolio growth, build client relationships and help meet sales and earnings targets. You will develop an understanding of the local market, work closely with clients and the Elders team, and support innovative opportunities.
Responsibilities
You will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:
* Building and maintaining client relationships to understand current and future needs
* Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for existing and new clients' investments
* Managing debtors
* Preparing necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
* Working with the Elders team to enable clients to explore new innovative opportunities
* Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you
To succeed at Elders, you:
* Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders
* No industry experience necessary
* Hold a current driver's licence
* Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals
* Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
* Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
