This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid role for a Business Development Representative located in Sydney. We're looking for an experienced, tech‐savvy sales professional to qualify inbound opportunities, build relationships across enterprise and public sector accounts, and create high‐quality pipeline through consultative discovery. You'll engage prospects using phone, email, social and chat, map buying groups, uncover real demand, and hand off well‐qualified opportunities to our sales teams.
Qualifications
* Australian; holds Australian PR
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience (enterprise or public sector)
* Strong customer discovery, rapport‐building, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage inbound leads and identify opportunities using CRM tools
* Tech‐savvy, target‐driven, and able to multitask with strong ownership
* Experience in prospecting, pitching, and negotiation
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and strategic planning skills
* Collaborative team player with proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
