People & Culture Administrator – NSW Infrastructure Services (ERIS), Campbelltown
Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Manager, you will support leaders and employees with practical, reliable support across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
* Provide day‐to‐day People & Culture administrative support to our Infrastructure Services business in NSW.
* Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with strong attention to detail.
* Assist with recruitment coordination, where required.
* Support payroll and employment changes by ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
* Respond to general People & Culture queries and provide practical guidance to leaders and employees.
* Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity.
* Contribute to process improvements that simplify and increase efficiency.
