About the Role
As a Design Service Consultant, you will work closely with customers to bring their jewellery visions to life. Whether assisting with engagement rings, custom-designed pieces, remodelling treasured heirlooms or selecting the perfect gift, you will provide expert guidance and a highly personalised service experience.
This role combines relationship building, design consultation and sales excellence, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the entire consultation and sales process.
* Assist clients with custom jewellery design and bespoke jewellery solutions.
* Develop strong relationships with customers and build long-term loyalty.
* Work collaboratively with jewellers, designers and store teams to bring customer concepts to life.
* Manage customer enquiries and follow up on design and production progress.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Maintain an exceptional understanding of products, gemstones and jewellery trends.
* Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
About You
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A genuine interest in jewellery design and craftsmanship.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
* Professional presentation and a consultative sales approach.
* Self-motivated, proactive and team-oriented.
