Contract Manager at Team Global Express
Team Global Express is seeking an experienced contract manager to oversee all aspects of contract administration and compliance for our federal government engagements. In this pivotal role you will ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are managed, and strong relationships with key clients are maintained.
What You’ll Do
- Lead contract strategy: Review and refine our contract management approach to align with federal procurement trends.
- Ensure compliance: Conduct audits and maintain readiness for external reviews under Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).
- Manage performance: Track and evaluate contract outcomes, recommending improvements where needed.
- Build relationships: Engage with government stakeholders to maintain trust and resolve issues proactively.
- Support growth: Collaborate on bids and proposals, ensuring terms align with business objectives.
- Mitigate risk: Maintain risk registers and implement strategies for high‑value or sensitive contracts.
What You’ll Bring
- Expertise in contract law and procurement regulations, including CPRs.
- 5–10 years’ experience in contract management, ideally within transport, logistics, or government procurement.
- Degree in Business, Law, Procurement, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- NV1 security clearance (preferred) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience managing complex contracts with federal government agencies.
- Strong skills in negotiation, compliance, and risk management.
- Ability to collaborate across legal, finance, and operational teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
