You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L; Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
* Robust financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
* Previous success in meeting KPI's
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Salary
Salary $80,000 to $85,000
