Bluemar is a problem solving team of Engineers, Technicians and Draftspeople based in Esperance, WA. We focus on engineering challenges in a regional context.
Our team are based in Esperance and undertake occasional (5/yr) travel to other regional sites across WA - typically Albany, Bunbury, Kalgoorlie and Broome.
We are recruiting for a Civil or Structural engineer with an intuitive grasp of their technical domain.
This role is suitable for new graduates through to mid-career engineers with supports and resources put in place to match the capability of the right candidate.

Necessary Qualifications
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or imminent graduation)
* Driver's License
* Construction Industry White Card
This role involves
* Site visits and direct contact with Clients to characterise challenges
* Develop designs from standards and first principles
* Field work to inspect structures, infrastructure and site conditions (including soils)
* Work with draftspeople to bring designs, specifications and advice to Clients in the most accessible way.
