With our client showing continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join their Northern Territory team to work on an exciting long term project.

This role is a full time Permanent opportunity based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
Relocation cost is covered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating detailed project schedules that include baselines, all relevant tasks, milestones, as well as managing float and critical path.
- They must ensure that these schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the construction project’s scope of work.
- Regularly monitor project progress and update schedules in conjunction with Project Team. Communicate any changes to project managers, contractors, and subcontractors in a timely and effective manner.
- Produce earned value forecasts and report on same weekly with project team.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders, to ensure that schedules and plans are aligned with construction project goals and objectives.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Degree/Diploma qualified in Engineering, building or construction project management preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience Australian commercial, residential and/or civil projects or experience in a similar role - Bulk Earthworks particularly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Proficient reporting skills (both in writing and presenting)
- Firm understanding of the best practice scheduling
- Hold a construction safety card
